Parker Printworks
We reimagined this 2,685 sq ft former printworks as a bold, self-contained townhouse with a strong sense of identity. Drawing on its industrial roots and creating a distinctive new name, we repositioned the building as a vibrant, eye-catching space designed to attract occupiers seeking something with real character.
Every compelling idea starts with research. At 60 Parker Street, we explored the wider context before zooming in on the street and the site itself. We uncovered a rich and colourful history: an industrial building from the 1820's that began as a coach works and later became a printing press. Inspired by this heritage and its central setting, we developed a new name “Parker Printworks” that celebrates both its past and its renewed purpose.

We brought the identity to life with a striking, modern interpretation of letterpress typography; visually arresting, tactile and full of energy. Imagery and motion graphics were infused with fast-paced vertical movement, mimicking the mechanics of a working press. To amplify visibility, we launched an energetic social media campaign supported by a targeted email marketing push, delivering maximum impact for this small but standout scheme.
