Fitzroy Walk’s rich history has long inspired writers and thinkers. Our challenge was to craft a brand campaign that honoured this heritage while appealing to the refined tastes of modern luxury occupiers.
During the Georgian era, paper marbling added elegance and uniqueness to bookbinding. Inspired by this tradition, we collaborated with paper marbling designer Jemma Lewis to create our own bespoke patterns for use across both digital and print campaign materials.
Our book-themed campaign combines sophistication and elegance with refined creativity. It launched with an email marketing and social media campaign featuring four high-quality films showcasing the exquisite apartments, concluding with a trio of premium printed pieces—a book, bag, and bookmark—crafted using the finest G . F . Smith paper stocks and elegant binding finishes.
