Straus Haus
We love uncovering hidden histories and for 50 Gt Sutton Street, we found a gem: it was once an old bag manufactory built for a specific factory owner. Inspired by this discovery, we rebranded the building as "Straus Haus", paying homage to its origins.
The campaign needed to be both classy and clever, so we centred on the concept of having things "IN THE BAG", symbolising success and confidence. We brought this idea to life through a series of relatable, day-to-day scenarios, promoting the space and the area as the ultimate positive move.
Social media became our main tool for the pre-completion campaign, featuring a video where a bag took centre stage as a "winning-at-life" character – subtly showcasing the building and the area's unique selling points. We then expanded this into a beautifully crafted set of collateral that seamlessly linked to the social media narrative. While the bag remained a subtle presence, the true star revealed itself inside the building: the remarkable office space.
